Shipping

Shipping is FREE for delivery in the continental U.S. if your order is $100.00 or more. On all other orders within the continental U.S., shipping is only $7.50. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, the shipping cost is a minimum of $15.00 (No Free Shipping for any orders). You will receive a second email with the actual shipping cost on all orders outside the continental U.S.  Other than APO/FPO/DPO addresses, we do not ship any orders outside the U.S. Knowing the shipping cost before you shop means you won't have any shipping cost surprises at check out.

Procedure: All orders received for in-stock items will ship within 2 business days. If an item is back ordered, you will receive a notification email with the approximate delivery date. For all orders, we use UPS Ground Shipping or USPS Priority Mail depending on the size and weight of the order. You will receive a UPS or USPS tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Typical Transit time: Items shipped to addresses in the continental U.S. will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Orders outside the continental U. S. usually arrive in 7 to 10 business days.

Delivery Restrictions: Some parts of the U.S. have placed restrictions on many of the items sold in the Self Defense, Sports and Airsoft Stores. You will receive an email notice if we know of any restrictions on an item you have purchased. We have no way of knowing all local restrictions so you are responsible for knowing the laws and restrictions in your own area. See the Buyer's Notice below for more information.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's IP address, but not the e-mail address.

Return Policy

Stun-ning Sales guarantees that all products purchased on this web site will arrive at their destination in excellent condition. If you find (within 7 days of receiving the item) that the item you purchased has a manufacturer's defect or has been damaged in shipping, we will either replace or repair the item or refund the purchase price (less shipping) after you have returned the item to us. We do not accept returns on any items that can be used as a weapon, this includes stun devices, pepper spray, steel batons, etc.

To receive repair service, a replacement or a credit, contact Stun-ning Sales via email at [email protected] within 7 days of the date you receive your item. In your email, include your Name, Order Number and a description of the problem you are having with the product. Many problems can be solved easily and the return process avoided if you just contact us immediately. We will contact you by email or phone with instructions. All returns must be approved by Stun-ning Sales in advance. If your return is approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization which must be included with the item that you ship to us. To receive a replacement, repair or credit, the product must be returned (at your expense) in the original packaging and must be in resalable condition. Return To: Order Department, Stunning Sales LLC, 5250 Highway 78, Ste 750-470, Sachse, TX 75048. If you return an item to us without prior authorization, no credits or replacements will be given and your product will be returned to you at your expense. Do not ship any item to us without our approval.

Once your item is received in our warehouse, we will inspect it, assess the problem and if the problem is covered by our warranty, we will either repair it & return it to you, replace it or issue a refund. If we determine that the item has been used more than just initial use, no replacement or refund will be given. If not covered by warranty but easily repaired, we will make the repair and return the item to you at your expense. If any damage to a product is deemed to have been caused by misuse or is not covered by our warranty, it will not be repaired or replaced but returned to you at your expense.

Within 7 days of your purchase, if you decide to return an item solely by choice and not due to a defect, you agree to pay for the original shipping, return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. All of the other return policies listed above must be followed.

By placing an order on this web site, you are acknowledging these Return Policy provisions and are agreeing to follow the terms of this policy.
